<br /> / y C IN , 2013, by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee,
<br /> and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein Glenn R. Wilson, Jr.
<br /> mr and Constance S. Wilson, husband and wife, are Beneficiary, and
<br /> Wade King Wilson is Trustor and Ronald S . Depue is Trustee;
<br /> WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br /> secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br /> execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on December 25, 2006, and
<br /> identified as Document No. 200611383, conveying to Trustee,
<br /> Trustee' s successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br /> described in said Deed as follows, to-wit :
<br /> Suite Twenty-two (22) in "C" Windsor Square Condominium
<br /> Property Regime in Unit Three (3) , Lot Two (2) , Block
<br /> Eight (8) , Replat of Continental Gardens, an Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br /> Garage "R"/Windsor Square Condominium Property Regime in
<br /> Unit Four (4) , Lot Two (2) , Block Eight (8) , Replat of
<br /> Continental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br /> Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br /> of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br /> described be now released to said Trustors .
<br /> THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br /> and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br /> and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br /> above-described Deed of Trust, together wit - 1 appurtenances and
<br /> privileges thereunto belonging or app i 2 .
