<br />At Beneficiary's request, and for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />Trustee hereby grants, releases, and reconveys to Trustor or the person(s) entitled thereto, all right, title, and
<br />interest of the Trustee acquired by virtue of the above mentioned Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents in and to

<br />(11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4); thence
<br />running westerly, along and upon the north line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), a distance of Eight Hundred
<br />Nine and Eighty One Hundredths (809.81) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing westerly,
<br />along and upon the previously described course, a distance of Twenty Five (25.0) feet; thence deflecting left
<br />89 °40'40" and running southerly, a distance of One Thousand Six and Eighty Four Hundredths (1,006.84) feet;
<br />thence deflecting left 89 °40'16" - and running easterly, a distance of Three Hundred Nine and Eighty Six
<br />Hundredths (309.86) feet, thende deflecting left 92 °09'38" and running northerly, a distance of Two Hundred
<br />Twenty and Twenty One Hundredths (220.21) feet; thence deflecting left 89 °54'37" and running westerly, a
