Graves and Donald (Gene) Graves, wife and husband, herein called the Grantors, in <br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, do grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto Bosselman Three, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, <br />herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />An undivided one - fourth interest in that part of Lot Two (2) of Westgate Fourth <br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which formerly <br />comprised Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11) of Westgate Subdivision, plus that additional <br />part of Lot Two (2) of Westgate Fourth Subdivision which lies east of a line which is <br />parallel to the westerly line of Lot Eleven (11) of Westgate Subdivision, and which <br />parallel line lies 100 feet west of the west line of the existing building on the real estate, <br />commonly known as 3904 West Highway 30, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />To have and to hold the above - described premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments <br />and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. <br />And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns that <br />Grantors are lawfully seised of said premises; that it is free from encumbrance; that Grantors have good <br />right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />Dated: February 0 , 2013. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA, County of Hall: <br />Before me, a notary public qualified for said county, personally came Barbara A.
