<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: C
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the TRUST DEED, executed by Scott C Lane and Cindra K
<br />Lane, as Trustor, to GREAT WESTERN BANK, AS TRUSTEE, for the benefit of GREAT WESTERN BANK, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated April 13, 2012 and recorded on April 17, 2012 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as instrument number 201202991, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement
<br />below.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release, quitclaim and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to said Trust
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the property legally described as follows:
<br />Lot Twelve (12), Pleasant View Fifteenth Subdivision, to the City of Grand Island, NE 68801
<br />The Real Property of its address is commonly known as 817 Sun Valley Place, Grand Island NE
<br />68801
<br />This Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express understanding and condition that it shall in no way
<br />affect the other property described in the said Deed of Trust, which property shall remain subject to the said Deed of
<br />Trust. '
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Trustee has executed this Deed of Reconveyance on the 28th
<br />day of February, 2013.
