Oct. 21, 2014 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />o <br />rn O <br />rn _ `n CD <br />D C33 <br />� r c CD : -4 <br />C:) (f) Z <br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the TRUST DEED, executed by Scott C Lane and Cindra K <br />Lane, as Trustor, to GREAT WESTERN BANK, AS TRUSTEE, for the benefit of GREAT WESTERN BANK, the <br />beneficiary named therein, dated April 13, 2013 and recorded on April 13, 2013 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as instrument number 201202918, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement <br />below. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release, quitclaim and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to said Trust <br />by or through said Trust Deed in the property legally described as follows: <br />Lot Twelve (12), Pleasant View Fifteenth Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express understanding and condition that it shall in no way <br />affect the other property described in the said Deed of Trust, which property shall remain subject to the said Deed of <br />Trust. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Trustee has executed this Deed of Reconveyance on the 27th <br />day of February 2013. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on February 27, 2013 by Bradley Bell, Vice <br />President of Great Western Bank, a South Dakota Corporation, on behalf of the corporation as such Trustee. <br />REQUEST FOR DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />Wanda Winder <br />Great Western Bank, the Beneficiary under the above described Trust Deed, hereby requests the Trustee to <br />execute and deliver the foregoing Deed of Reconveyance. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on February 27, 2013 by Bradley Bell, Vice <br />President of Great Western Bank, a South Dakota Corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />/ �. 1 c <br />( }pvich )h'd ‘_ <br />Wanda Winder <br />
