May 1, 2013 <br />z <br />t <br />r <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 31, 2012, and executed by Michael J Bergholz and Sheri L <br />Bergholz, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and <br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska on November 8, 2012, as Instrument No. 201209424, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Three (3), in Block Twelve (12), in Boggs and Hill's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully <br />paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 22nd day of February, 2013. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, <br />TRUSTEE <br />y: Edward J rosi la <br />Title: Vice Pre ' ent <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 22nd day of <br />February, 2013, by Edward J.
