WOLBACH, as Grantor represents and warrants that he is the duly <br />appointed, qualified and acting Trustee under the WILLIAM VANARSDALE WOLBACH <br />TRUST AGREEMENT dated February 2, 1993, and that such Trust is in full force and effect <br />and has not been revoked. Grantor represents and warrants that the terms and provisions of the <br />Trust grant Grantor the power of sale and this Deed is executed pursuant to the powers conferred <br />upon Grantor in said Trust. <br />The undersigned has executed this Deed as Trustee, and not individually.
