WOLBACH, as Grantor represents and warrants that he is the duly appointed, qualified and acting Trustee under the WILLIAM VANARSDALE WOLBACH TRUST AGREEMENT dated February 2, 1993, and that such Trust is in full force and effect and has not been revoked. Grantor represents and warrants that the terms and provisions of the Trust grant Grantor the power of sale and this Deed is executed pursuant to the powers conferred upon Grantor in said Trust. The undersigned has executed this Deed as Trustee, and not individually. By acceptance hereof, Grantee agrees that all liability under this Deed with respect to covenants or warranties contained herein is expressly limited to the assets of the WILLIAM VANARSDALE WOLBACH TRUST AGREEMENT dated February 2, 1993.
