EXHIBIT "A" 201301550 A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 12 North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence Northerly along the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 853.81 feet; thence deflecting right 89 degrees 3' 40" and running Easterly, a distance of 843.6 feet, to the Westerly right -of way line of Highway No. 11; thence Southeasterly along said right -of -way line and on the arc of a curve whose radius is 2,784.79 feet (the long chord of which deflects right 66 degrees 9' 10" from the last described course, a long chord distance of 577.64 feet; thence deflecting left 84 degrees 20' from the long chord of the last described curve and running Northeasterly, a distance of 20.0 feet; thence Southeasterly along said right -of -way line and on the arc of a curve whose radius is 2,804.79 feet (the long chord of which deflects right 94 degrees 01' from the last described course), a long chord distance of 352.28 feet, to a point on the South line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence Westerly along the South line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 1,196.64 feet to the place of beginning.
