<br /> plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Julia Nickerson, a/k/a Julie
<br /> Nickerson, Title Source, Inc., Trustee, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as Nominee for Quicken
<br /> Loans, Inc., Beneficiary, Mitchell T. Nickerson, John Doe and Jane Doe, real names and marital status unknown, as
<br /> the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust
<br /> executed by said Julia Nickerson, a/k/a Julie Nickerson, marital status unknown, and delivered to Title Source, Inc.,
<br /> Trustee,for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,acting solely as Nominee for Quicken Loans,
