Higgins, Jr., Trustee, for the benefit of James A. Willman and Richard P. Willman, Beneficiary named therein, dated June 3, 1998, and recorded as Document No. 98- 105385 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the beneficiary's endorsement below; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment, and in accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust deed in the following- described premises, but only as to such premises: Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), except the West Seven Feed One Inch (7'1 ") of Lots 94) and Five (5) condemned for the use of the City of Grand Island and a tract of land comprising a part of Lot 6, Block 110, Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Said Lot 6, thence going northeasterly along the northwest line of said Lot 6, a distance of forty -one and thirty -nine hundredths (41.39) feet; thence going southeasterly to a point on the southeasterly line of said Lot 6, said point being forty -one and eighty -three hundredths (41.83) feet northeast of the southwest corner of said Lot 6; thence going southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said Lot 6, a distance of forty -one and i oo
