Larsen, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants, 4498 NE HWY I I, WOOD RIVER,NE 68883, as Trustor, to First American Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mountain West Financial, Inc., as Beneficiary, recorded on 01/05/1999 as Instrument No. 99-100082, in the office of the Hall County Recorder of Hall County, Nebraska; to secure an obligation under a Promissory Note in the amount of $75,358.00; and assigned to HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for MASTR Reperforming Loan Trust 2005-1 by Assignment dated 10/19/2011. The undersigned, as authorized agent of the holder of the Note, does hereby remove First American Title Insurance Company, as Trustee and does,pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been previously appointed in place of the original Trustee,and does hereby appoint and substitute Eric Lemp, Trustee,NSBA# 24096,of 12400 Olive Blvd., Suite 555, St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri,to serve, effective immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to rep'ace the Trustee of Record. Said Substitute Trustee is qualified to serve as Successor Trustee under the laws of this state. The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have executed, appointed or filed in the past, giving and granting to said Substitute Trustee all the powers, duties and authority of the discharged Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of said Substitute Trustee heretofore or hereafter performed. Said Substitute Trustee shall, in accordance with the provisions of the deed of trust, succeed to all the title, powers and duties conferred upon the Original Trustee(s)by the terms of said deed of trust and by applicable law.
