'i tri <br />Sank <br />Grand lslr,.,,a NE 6o802-1009 <br />Note; <br />WITNESSETH: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed: <br />V <br />r"1 <br />r*1 <br />DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT <br />(Fixed to Variable Rate) <br />THIS DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT made and executed this <br />day of FEBRUARY, 2013, by and between LONNIE L LOGAN AND CATHY A <br />LOGAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ", and HOME <br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter <br />referred to as "lender ", <br />WHEREAS, Borrower did execute a certain NOTE payable to the order of the Lender in <br />the total original amount of ONE FIFTY SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND NO /100 <br />DOLLARS ($156,600.00); <br />WHEREAS, the Note described above was secured by a Deed of Trust dated <br />NOVEMBER 20, 2002, filed of record in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF <br />DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA on NOVEMBER 20, 2002 in <br />DOCUMENT # 0200212901 ; AND A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT <br />dated September 16, 2003 and recorded September 19, 2003 in Document # 0200312518; AND <br />an EXTENSION AGREEMENT dated February 28, 2011 and recorded March 2, 2011 in <br />Document # 0201101678; in respect to that real estate described as: <br />404 W 14 LOT TEN (10), BLOCK ONE (1), PARK PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />1314 W LOUISE; LOT EIGHT (8) IN BLOCK TWENTY -SEVEN (27) IN CHARLES <br />WASMER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br />WHEREAS, Borrower has requested that interest be converted to an Adjustable Rate <br />Note rather than the fixed rate specified by such Deed of Trust; <br />WHEREAS, Lender is willing to convert such fixed rate loan into an Adjustable Rate <br />WHEREAS, Borrower and Lender hereby desire to amend the existing Deed of Trust <br />identified hereinabove to provide that it shall continue to secure the presently remaining <br />indebtedness from and after the date hereinafter specified together with an Adjustable Rate Note <br />rather than the fixed rate Note; <br />1. ADJUSTABLE RATE AND MONTHLY PAYMENT CHANGES <br />The Note provides for an initial interest rate of 4.25 %. The Note provides for <br />changes in the adjustable interest rate and the monthly payments, as follows: <br />2.
