<br />THE SOUTH ONE -HALF (S 1/4) OF LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), BLOCK THREE (3), FIRST
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WOOD RIVER, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />And whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee as Trustee instead of the said
<br />original Trustee, and said original trustee has been notified by mail. Therefore, the undersigned, as present
<br />Beneficiary, hereby substitutes J.P. MORGAN CHASE CUSTODY SERVICES, INC. as Trustee ( "Substitute
<br />Trustee ") under ski D eed of Trust.
