Connick, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />August 9, 2007, wherein NATHAN W. PFENNING and CINDY L. PFENNING, husband and <br />wife, were the Trustor, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on August 13, 2007, as Instrument No. 0200706906 and contains as trust <br />property the following- described real estate: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Eight (8), in Wallichs Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 1117 West 8 Street, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances located thereon or in any way <br />pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including <br />all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of <br />which, including replacements and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real <br />estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Property "; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated August 9, 2007, <br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, COMPETITIVE MORTGAGE, INC., pursuant to the <br />terms of the Trust Deed referred to above, which secures this obligation. <br />By: ' <br />Brandon S.
