<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE / 0 0 0
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 14, 2012, and Assignment of Rents dated June 14, 2012,
<br />executed by Nathan V. Miller and Christina M. Miller; Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which
<br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, entered as Instrument No.
<br />201204779 on the 14 of June, 2012, and entered as Instrument No. 201204780 on the 14 of
<br />June, 2012, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust and Assignment of Rents above mentioned as follows:
<br />Fractional Lot Two (2), Fractional Block Twenty Five (25), Baker's Addition and its
<br />complement Lot Two (2), Fractional Block Four (4), Woodbine Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust and Assignments of
<br />Rents has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust and Assignment of Rents, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 4 day of February, 2013.
<br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 4 day of
<br />February, 2013, by Colby R. Collins, Vice President of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska corporation,
<br />on behalf of said corporation as Trustee.
