<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />ANDREW P MAY, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated DECEMBER 30, 2011 and recorded DECEMBER 30, 2011 in the Office of
<br />the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />DOCUMENT #0201109915 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises;
<br />SUITE TWO (2), IN THE RAVENOAKS CONDOMINIUM, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT AND PLAN FOR THE RAVENOAKS CONDOMINIUM AND THE
<br />DECLARATION THEREOF, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION GRANTS,
<br />CONVENANTS, EASEMENTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS ESTABLISHING A PLAN FOR CONDOMINIUM
<br />OWNERSHIP OF THE RAVENOAKS CONDOMINIUM, ASSET FORTH THEREIN AND OF RECORD AS INSTRUMENT
<br />NO. 98- 105717 AND (ANY AMENDMENTS) THERETO, ALL AS CONTAINED IN THE RECORDS OF THE REGISTER
<br />OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises
