<br /> 2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by PATRICK M JONES AND JANIECE M JONES,HUSBAND AND WIFE,as trustor,to Earl D.
<br /> Ahlschwede,Attorney,as Trustee,for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE
<br /> BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,A FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br /> BANK as Beneficiary,dated APRIL 23, 1993, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 93-103367, has been paid,and the
<br /> Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br /> as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br /> the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br /> interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br /> described in paragraph 3 below.
