Box 627, Grand Island, NE 68802 -0627 <br />CONSENT TO COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the <br />Collateral Assignment of Lease Agreement to EQUITABLE BANK, by JULIE STUTZMAN, <br />single, of a Lease dated February 1 , 2013, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor <br />and Julie Stutzman, single, is the Lessee, such lease commenced February 1 , 2013, <br />and terminates February 1 , 2048, and pertains to: <br />Lot Twenty -one (21), having a lake front footage of 100 feet situated on <br />the East side of the West portion of Kuester Lake and being on a part of <br />the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /2SW') in Section Thirteen <br />(13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Southeasterly side by the <br />common road, having a postal address of 74 Kuester Lake, Grand Island, <br />NE 68801. <br />Said Collateral Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said <br />Debtor to Equitable Bank, as additional security for payment of a Note in the amount of <br />$ 136,000.00 and a Financing Statement or mortgage or trust <br />deed covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said Note. <br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid. <br />By <br />L rry Frost, Its President <br />The foregoing Consent to Conditional Assignment of Lease as Additional Security was <br />acknowledged before me this I day of February, 2013, by Larry Frost, President of <br />Kuester Lake, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />j2a,o,), m .
