Baack, <br />Attorney, is the Trustee; and filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on April 26, 2004, as Instrument No. 200404090, and on July 8, 2009, as Instrument <br />No. 200905532, upon the following- described property to -wit: <br />Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Block Eight (8), in the Village of Cairo, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 304 S Thebe, Cairo, Nebraska; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions; all of which was referred to in those Deeds of Trust as the "Property ". <br />Edt-v/ <br />Arend R.
