<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Troy A
<br />Callahan and Carly A Callahan, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship
<br />to West Gate Bank, Lincoln, Nebraska, Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank
<br />, Grand Island , Nebraska , the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated November 23, 2010 and recorded on December 6, 2010 ,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Instrument No. 0201009065 , and further assigned to West Gate Bank and recorded on
<br />December 22, 2010 as Instrument No. 0201009588 , has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this DEED OF RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT 2, CENTURA HILLS SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
