<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by John R. Seberg, A Single
<br />Person, to BANK OF DONIPHAN, PO BOX 270, DONIPHAN, NEBRASKA, 68832, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />BANK OF DONIPHAN, the Beneficiary named therein dated 8.18 -2003 and recorded on 8-20-2003 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, NEBRASKA, entered as Instrument #0200310982 of the Trust Deed Records
<br />of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
