Comp, a single person, as Trustor, to CharterWest National Bank, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,(solely as nominee CharterWest National Bank), as Beneficiary, recorded on September 6, 2011, as Instrument No. 0201106620 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska to secure an obligation under a Promissory Note in the amount of $44,591.00; and as assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. by assignment dated June 21, 2012 and recorded on June 27, 2012 at Instrument No. 201205193 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned, the holder of the Note, does hereby remove CharterWest National Bank, as Trustee and does pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been previously appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and substitute Steffi A. Swanson, 3906 Raynor Parkway, Suite 105, Bellevue, Nebraska 68123, to serve, effective immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to replace the prior trustee CharterWest National Bank. Said Substitute Trustee is qualified to serve as Successor Trustee under the laws of this state as a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association. The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have executed, appointed or filed in the past, giving and granting to said Substitute Trustee all the powers, duties and authority of the discharged Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of said Substitute Trustee heretofore or hereafter performed. Said Substitute Trustee shall, in accordance with the provisions of the Deed of Trust, succeed to all the title, powers and duties conferred upon the Original Trustee by the terms of said Deed of Trust and by applicable law.
