9 tP - <br />0 <br />CD <br />.a . i <br />«AV. <br />Subordination Agreement <br />This AGREEMENT is made this 10 day of January, 2013 by and between Cornerstone Bank <br />and Phil A Mader and Linda Mader. <br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank is the Beneficiary in that certain Deed of Trust dated December <br />28, 2012 and filed for record January 3, 2013 as instrument number 201300035 in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County Nebraska which affects the real property described as: <br />Lot 1, Olson Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County Nebraska. <br />AND WHEREAS, Phil A Mader and Linda Mader are the Beneficiary in that certain Deed of <br />Trust dated November 4, 2011 and filed for record November 4, 2011 as instrument number <br />20110836 which also affects the real property described above: <br />And WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire that Cornerstone Bank in a deed of trust dated <br />December 28, 2012 have the first mortgage lien superior to the lien of the existing Deed of Trust <br />held by Phil A Mader and Linda Mader dated November 4, 2011. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration <br />IT IS HEREBY AGREED that Phil A Mader & Linda Mader subordinates the lien of the Deed <br />of Trust in instrument number 20110836 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County <br />Nebraska, to the lien of Cornerstone Bank in instrument number 201300035 of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />State of NEBRASKA <br />County of MEtttu <br />) s s. <br />Phil A Mader and Linda Mader , Husband and Wife. <br />Notary Public <br />The foregoing document was acknowledged before me this II day of , 2013 by <br />
