<br /> Instrument No. 200304864 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br /> 2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by KEVIN E PEARSON AND SONJA J PEARSON,HUSBAND AND WIFE,as trustor,to Earl D.
<br /> Ahlschwede,Attorney,as Trustee,for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE
<br /> FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary,dated APRIL 15,2003,and
<br /> recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No.
<br /> 200304864,has been paid,and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br /> the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br /> interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br /> described in paragraph 3 below.
