<br /> D.Ahlschwede,Attorney,as Trustee,for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE
<br /> EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,A
<br /> FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary,dated OCTOBER 15, 1998,and recorded in the
<br /> office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 98-110224,has
<br /> been paid,and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br /> executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br /> the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
