Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo <br /> Bank, N.A. on July 1, 2005 by assignment recorded on July 12, 2005 <br /> at Instrument No. 200506332 in the office of the Register of Deeds <br /> of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br /> which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br /> nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br /> payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes.
