<br /> NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE
<br /> Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust executed on July 15, 1999, by
<br /> Adam J. Wozny and Lesley L. Loeffelbein, both unmarried individuals, as Trustors, to
<br /> Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee, for the benefit of United
<br /> Nebraska Bank, as Beneficiary, recorded on July 15, 1999, as Instrument No.
<br /> 0099107105 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska to secure an
<br /> obligation under a Promissory Note in the amount of $64,450.00; and as assigned to
<br /> Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation by assignment dated July 15, 1999 and
<br /> recorded on July 15, 1999 at Instrument No. 0099107106 in the office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska and as further assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. by
<br /> assignment dated July 1, 2005 and recorded on July 12, 2005 Instrument No.
<br /> 0200506332 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The
<br /> undersigned,the holder of the Note, does hereby remove Commercial Federal Bank, a
<br /> Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee and does pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust,
<br /> hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been previously
<br /> appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and substitute Steffi
<br /> A. Swanson, 3906 Raynor Parkway, Suite 105, Bellevue, Nebraska 68123, to serve,
<br /> effective immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to replace the prior
<br /> trustee Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank. Said Substitute Trustee is
<br /> qualified to serve as Successor Trustee under the laws of this state as a member of the
<br /> Nebraska State Bar Association.
<br /> The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have
<br /> executed, appointed or filed in the past, giving and granting to said Substitute Trustee all
<br /> the powers, duties and authority of the discharged Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of
<br /> said Substitute Trustee heretofore or hereafter performed. Said Substitute Trustee shall,
<br /> in accordance with the provisions of the Deed of Trust, succeed to all the title, powers and
<br /> duties conferred upon the Original Trustee by the terms of said Deed of Trust and by
<br /> applicable law.
