RECITALS <br />cn <br />RELEASE AND SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE, REGULATORY AGREEMENT and <br />SECURITY AGREEMENT <br />Know All by these Presents, in consideration of the payment in full of the debt referenced <br />herein the Secretary of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) <br />by and through his authorized representative subscribed below does hereby certify that the <br />Mortgage and Regulatory Agreement more fully described below, together with the debt thereby <br />secured, are cancelled, released, and discharged. <br />Whereas HUD pursuant to Section 202 of the Housing Act of 1959 made a loan to <br />Nebraska Association for Developmental Housing, Inc. (Mortgagor) in the amount of one - million <br />fifty six thousand and six hundred dollars ($1 Loan No. 103- EH007- NP- WHC/L8, <br />evidenced by a Mortgage Note dated September 5, 1980; <br />Whereas said Mortgage Note was secured by a Mortgage in favor of HUD (Mortgagee) <br />dated July 18, 1980, recorded July 23, 1980 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, Document No. 80- 003742. The real property subject to the Mortgage is legally <br />described as: <br />LOTS TWENTY -SEVEN (27) AND TWENTY -EIGHT (28) OF BISON MEADOWS <br />ADDITION TO DONIPHAN, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />LOTS TWENTY -FIVE (25) AND TWENTY -SIX (26), BLOCK FIVE (5), PLEASANT <br />HILL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA. <br />Whereas the Mortgage incorporated the terms, conditions and covenants contained in a <br />Regulatory Agreement dated July 18, 1980, recorded July 23, 1980, in the Office of the Register <br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, Document No. 80- 003743 and a Regulatory Agreement dated <br />October 20, 1994, recorded November 29, 1994, in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, Document No. 94- 109498; <br />Whereas the debt referenced herein was further secured by a Security Agreement dated <br />December 10, 1981; <br />
