<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (W1 /2 SE1/4 SE1 /4); excepting therefrom, a tract deeded to the State of
<br />Nebraska, said deed being recorded in Book 136, Page 311, Hall County Register of Deeds Office, and apart of

<br />from the chord of the previously described curve and running Southwesterly, along and upon said Westerly
<br />highway right of way line, a distance of Two Hundred Twenty and One Tenth (220.10) feet to a point on the South

<br />deflecting right 00 °07'29" and running Southwesterly, along and upon said Westerly highway right of way line, a
