<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (W1 /2 SE1 /4 SE1 /4), excepting therefrom, a tract deeded to the State of
<br />Nebraska, said deed being recorded in Book 136, Page 311, Hall . County Register of Deeds Office, and a part of
