<br /> HUSBAND,as trustor,to Earl D.Ahlschwede,Attorney,as Trustee,for the benefit of
<br /> EQUITABLE BANK,FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br /> ISLAND,NEBRASKA,A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary,dated OCTOBER 3, 1997,
<br /> and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,Nebraska as Document No.
<br /> 97-108419,has been paid,and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br /> the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
