<br /> Ahlschwede,Attorney, as Trustee,for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK,FKA THE EQUITABLE
<br /> BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,A FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br /> BANK as Beneficiary,dated MAY 20, 1994,and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br /> of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 94-104278,has been paid,and the Beneficiary
<br /> has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br /> confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br /> the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
