<br />Sampson - Engert, Renard E Engert, wife and husband and Nicole F Sampson, a single person, as
<br />Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated October 4, 2001, and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or Instrument
<br />Number 0200110093, and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
<br />Assignment recorded in Book N/A Page N/A or Instrument Number N/A has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee
<br />be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
