<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />JACQUELYN PIPES, a single person, Trustor, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of DELBERT D. HURST AS TO AN UNDIVIDED FOUR - SEVENTHS (4/7)
<br />INTEREST, a single person, and YVONNE HURST AS TO AN UNDIVIDED THREE -
<br />SEVENTHS (3/7) INTEREST, a single person, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 4,
<br />2006, and recorded January 4, 2006, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200600086, has been satisfied; and the said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents
<br />grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following- described
<br />premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Four (4) and the East 19.0 feet of Lot Five (5), Block One (1), Madelin Fry's
<br />Addition to the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
