Westerby and Janis K. Westerby; as Husband and Wife as <br />Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte <br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May 15, 2012, <br />recorded June 5, 2012, as Instrument #201204462 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described <br />real property (as defined in Neb.
