Aug. 1, 2014 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />201300465 <br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the <br />"Trust Deed," executed by H & J Properties, LLC: a Nebraska Limited Liability Company as <br />Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte <br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 14, 2009, <br />recorded January 15, 2009, as Instrument #0200900249 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described <br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
