Seim and Michelle C. Seim; as <br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as <br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary <br />named therein, dated theist day of November 2007, and recorded on the 9th day of <br />November 2007, recorded as instrument number 0200709578 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, have both been paid, and said <br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the <br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does <br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled <br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, <br />in and to the following - described real property (as defined in Neb.
