TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by THE ELKS BUILDING
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated January 11,
<br />2008, and recorded January 18, 2008, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200800460, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />A tract of land comprising the easterly Two Hundred Twenty Six (226.0) feet of the Westerly
<br />Two Hundred Twenty Eight (228.0) feet of Lot Sixteen (16) and the Southerly Twenty Five
<br />(25.0) feet of Lot Seventeen (17), all in the County Subdivision of the W '/2 SW 1/4 of Section
<br />Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6 P.M., in Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a part of said Lot Sixteen (16) more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot 16, said point being Two
<br />(2.0) feet east of the Southwest corner of said Lot 16, thence northerly (assumed azimuth 00
<br />degrees 00'), a distance of Eighteen and Fifty Four Hundredths (18.54) feet to the actual place of
<br />beginning, thence northerly, azm. 90 degrees 00', a distance of Two (2.0) feet; thence southerly,
<br />azm. 180 degrees 00', a distance of Six (6.0) feet; thence westerly, azm. 270 degrees 00', a
<br />distance of Two (2.0) feet to the actual point of beginning.
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
