<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated November 14, 2012, and executed by Sadie J Nielsen,
<br />A Single Person , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on November 20, 2012, as Instrument No. 201209715, and
<br />„4 WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />a Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />A tract of land comprising the Southerly Eighty-Nine feet of the Northerly One Hundred

<br />Nine (109) feet of the Easterly Sixty -Four (64) feet of Lot Nine (9) of the County Subdivision, in the
<br />rn South Half (S1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />t7 said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 9th day of January, 2013.
