Attest: <br />RaNae Edwards, City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION 2013 -11 <br />201300295 <br />WHEREAS, a permanent easement is required by the City of Grand Island, from <br />O'Connor Residential, LLC.; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 8, 2013, for the purpose of <br />discussing the proposed acquisition of such permanent easement; and <br />WHEREAS, the following legal description details the acquired permanent easement: <br />O'Connor Residential, LLC. — TRACT NO. 19 <br />PART OF LOT 6, BLOCK 2, CHARLES WASMER ADDITION, IN THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRSAKA, DESCRIBED <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, BLOCK 2; <br />THENCE NORTHWEST ON THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF LOGAN <br />STREET, A DISTANCE OF 30.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTHEAST, A <br />DISTANCE OF 42.44 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHTOF WAY LINE OF 1ST <br />STREET; THENCE SOUTHWEST ON SAID RIGHT OF LINE, A <br />DISTANCE OF 30.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, <br />authorized to acquire the necessary permanent easement from O'Connor Residential, LLC., on the <br />above described tracts of land, in the amount of $830.00. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, Janua 8, 2013. <br />, Mayor <br />Approved as to Form d <br />January 7, 2013 a ity' ftomey <br />
