<br />SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. BEING THE SAME
<br />PROPERTY CONVEYED TO EFRAIN AYALA, BY WARRANTY DEED DATED OCTOBER 24, 2006, OF
<br />RECORD IN INSTRUMENT NO. 0200609684, IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS FOR HALL

<br />under the Deed of Trust hereby substitutes ReconTrust Company, N.A., whose address is 2575 W. Chandler Blvd.
<br />MS: AZ 1- 804 -02 -11 Chandler, AZ 85224 , as the new trustee ( "Trustee ") under the Deed of Trust and said Trustee
<br />does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by
<br />Trustee under the Deed of Trust.
