Tapia of that <br />certain real property described in the Deed of Trust dated December 30, 1998, executed <br />by Clifford L. Raymond and Marilyn F. Raymond, Husband and Wife as Trustors, in <br />which Donald R. Mason and Doris A. Mason, Husband and Wife are named as <br />beneficiaries and John M. Cunningham as Trustee in the principal amount of $66,500.00 <br />and recorded on January 8, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as document 99- 100203 and which was assumed by Jose L. Tapia by an <br />Assumption Agreement recorded on July 26, 2011 as document 201105495.
