Schneider <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated August 6, 2003 and <br />recorded August 11, 2003 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #0200310412 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in <br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, <br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons <br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following <br />described premises, but only as to such premises; <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1/2 NW1 /4) of Section Thirty Five <br />(35), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6 111 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />(N1/2 NW1 /4) thence running northerly along the west line of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1 /2 <br />NW1 /4), a distance of Four Hundred Fifty nine and Seventeen Hundredths (459.17) feet; thence deflecting right <br />89 °48'52" and running easterly a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Seventy One and Seventy Nine <br />Hundredths (1171.79) feet; thence deflecting right 00 °13'48" and running easterly a distance of Five Hundred Forty <br />Two and Sixty Five Hundredths (542.65) feet; thence deflecting right 89 °32'21" and running southerly, a distance of <br />Four Hundred Sixty One and Ninety Three Hundredths (461.93) feet, to a point on the south line of Said North Half <br />of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1/2 NW1 /4); thence deflecting right 90 °23'42" and running westerly <br />along the south line of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1 /2 NW 1/4), a distance of One Thousand Seven <br />Hundred Seventeen and Seventy Nine Hundredths (1717.79) feet, to the point of beginning. <br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this day of Janua , 2013. <br />O <br />Trustee: Arend R.
