rn <br />Z <br />C <br />n <br />I <br />r <br />ASSIGNMENT OF COLLATERAL <br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Competitive Mortgage, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, whose address <br />is 3421 State Street, Suite 4, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803, ( "Assignor ") hereby transfers and <br />collaterally assigns to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska banking corporation, whose principal office and address <br />is P.O. Box 428, 306 South High Street, Cairo, Nebraska, 68824, all of its right, title, and interest in and <br />to the following: <br />(1) The Deed of Trust from Sean M. Cunningham and Rebecca A. Cunningham (the "Cunninghams ") to <br />Assignor, dated July 24, 2008, and recorded in and among the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200806369, the Promissory Note from the Cunninghams to Assignor <br />evidencing the loan secured by the Deed of Trust, and all other loan documents relating to the loan from <br />Assignor to the Cunninghams in the amount of $159,900.00 ( collectively, the "Cunningham Loan <br />Documents "). <br />(2) The Deed of Trust from Jose L. Yepez and Sandra L. Cauley (" Yepez and Cauley ") to Assignor, <br />dated March 30, 2012, and recorded in and among the records of the $egister of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 201202537, the Promissory Note from Yepez and Cauley. to Assignor <br />evidencing the loan secured by the Deed of Trust, and all other loan documents relating to the loan from <br />Assignor to Yepez and Cauley in the amount of $88,000.00 ( collectively, the "Yepez and Cauley Loan <br />Documents "). <br />(3) The Deed of Trust from Calvin J. Wratten and Donna Wratten (the "Wrattens ") to Assignor, dated <br />August 10, 2007, and recorded in and among the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200706942, the Promissory Note from the Wrattens to Assignor evidencing <br />the loan secured by the Deed of Trust, and all other loan documents relating to the loan from Assignor to <br />the Wrattens in the amount of $74,750.00 ( collectively, the "Wratten Loan Documents "). <br />(4) The Deed of Trust from Nathan W. Pfenning and Cindy L. Pfenning (the "Pfennings ") to Assignor, <br />dated August 9, 2007, and recorded in and among the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200706906, the Promissory Note from the Pfennings to Assignor evidencing <br />the loan secured by the Deed of Trust, and all other loan documents relating to the loan from Assignor to <br />the Pfennings in the amount of $65,000.00 ( collectively, the "Pfenning Loan Documents "). <br />(5) The Deed of Trust from Alberto Baldovinos ( "Baldovinos ") to Assignor, dated January 4, 2008, and <br />recorded in and among the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. <br />200800108, the Promissory Note from the Baldovinos to Assignor evidencing the loan secured by the <br />CD <br />W <br />of <br />—.3 <br />
