<br />.k.-I the first part, and Doug and Dianne Thompson of Hall County, NE party of the second part: Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for
<br />• and in consideration of the sum of 800 and no /100 DOLLARS, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these
<br />present does grant, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, the following described premises, to -wit: All of Lot 13 in the
<br />• Third Addition of Cameron Cemetery in Hall County, Nebraska, together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging: Subject, however, to all
<br />O Articles, By -Laws, Rules and regulations of said Cemetery Association, as they now exist or may hereafter be changed, modified or enlarged,
<br />4N2. and the said grantor Cemetery Association for itself or its successors, does hereby covenant to and with the said parties of the second part and
<br />their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these present it is lawfully seized of said premises; that it has good right
<br />and lawful authority to convey the same; that they are free from encumbrance and does hereby covenant to warrant and defend the said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In witness whereof, the said grantor Cemetery Association has hereunto caused
<br />its corporate seal to be affixed and these presents to be signed by its President and Treasure the day and year first above written.
