Metcalf, husband and wife, <br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of transfer between <br />spouses, received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto Dormond E. Metcalf and Bonnie J. Metcalf, as <br />joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in <br />common, herein called the Grantees, the following described real <br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska (As defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. <br />76 -201): <br />Lot Eight (8), Kallos Subdivision, in the city of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NEk) of Section Eight (8), Township Twelve <br />(12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in <br />Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as <br />follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of <br />said Section Eight (8), said point being forty (40) <br />feet west of the Northeast corner of said Section (8); <br />thence westerly along the north line of said Section <br />(8), a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Sixty -eight <br />and Fifteen hundredths (1,168.15) feet; thence <br />deflecting left 91 degrees, 25 minutes and running <br />southerly, a distance of 747.2 feet; thence easterly <br />parallel to the north line of said Section Eight (8), a <br />distance of 1,166.02 feet, to the westerly right -of -way <br />line of U.S. Highway 281; thence northerly along said <br />highway right -of -way line, a distance of 747.2 feet to <br />the place of beginning. <br />Grantors d� hereby covenant with the Grantees that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance except easements, rights -of -way, restrictions and <br />reservations of record; that Grantors have good right and lawful <br />authority to convey the same; and that Grantors warrant and will <br />defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of <br />all persons whomsoever. <br />Dated this /,/ - day of December, 2012. <br />Ormond E.
