<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by Roebuck Enterprises, LLC, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank
<br />& Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated April 15, 2011, recorded April 18, 2011 as Instrument
<br />#201102934 and Deed of Trust dated on November 14, 2011, recorded November 16, 2011
<br />as Instrument # 201108597 both recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />Fractional Lot Five (5), in Block Twenty -Five (25), in Wiese's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and its complement to -wit: Fray(ctional Lot Five (5), in Fractional Block
<br />Twenty -Five (25), in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and in
<br />Wasmer's Annex to first Addition all as surveyed, platted, and recorded; the whole making a
<br />rectangular lot having a Northerly frontage of 54 feet on Koenig Street and a depth of 132 feet on
<br />Adams Street to the alley in said Block, all in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly know as 1221 W. Koenig, Grand Island, Nebraska
