Fuller, Vice President <br />rV <br />CD <br />C) <br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the <br />"Trust Deed," executed by Roebuck Enterprises, LLC, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank <br />& Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the <br />Beneficiary named therein, dated October 29, 2010, recorded November 1, 2010 as Instrument <br />#201008109 and Deed of Trust dated on November 14, 2011, recorded November 16, 2011 <br />as Instrument # 201108596 both recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance <br />be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described <br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001): <br />Lot Four (4) and the North Half (1/2) of Lot Five (5), in Block Two (2), in First Artistic Homes <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of <br />ground more particulary described in Warranty Deed recorded at Book 164, Page 27, in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska <br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 30th day of October <br />2012, by Melvin E.
