Burling and Scott Thesenvitz, Successor Co- Trustees of the Thesenvitz Family <br />Revocable Living Trust, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to Scott Thesenvitz, Gran tee, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />A tract of land being part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Ten (10), Township <br />Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Referring to the Northwest comer of the <br />Southwest Quarter of said Section 10 and assuming the West line of said Southwest <br />Quarter as bearing S 01 °01'11" E and all bearings contained herein are relative thereto; <br />thence S 01 °01'11" E on the aforesaid West line a distance of 237.0 feet to the ACTUAL <br />PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S 01°01 '1 1" E on the aforedescribed course a <br />distance of 1316.0 feet; thence N 88 °58'49" E a distance of 661.69 feet; thence N 01 °01'11" <br />W parallel with the aforesaid West line a distance of 1389.75 feet; thence S 54 °34'54" W <br />a distance of 147.56 feet; thence WEST a distance of 540.0 feet to the place of beginning. <br />Containing 20.02 acres, more or less, of which 1.00 acres, more or less, are presently being <br />used for road purposes on the west side. <br />Grantors have determined that the Grantee is the person entitled to distribution of the real estate from <br />said trust estate.
