<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Casey N Macken and Julie L Macken, husband
<br />and wife as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, as Trustors to John Q Bachman, Attorney at Law, Trustee for the
<br />benefit of First Mortgage Company L.L.C., d/b /a Equitable Mortgage of Nebraska an Oklahoma Limited Liability
<br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 7, 2009, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on July 16, 2009, Instrument #0200905813 has been paid: and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
